Vintage ANRI Hand Painted Wood Carving, THE GOLDEN EAGLE, Gunther Granget. VINTAGE HAND CARVED FOLK ART ANRI EAGLE. Lovely vintage hand carved and painted wood folk art figurine of an American or Golden Eagle measuring 5-1/4" tall, 3-1/2" wide and about 2-7/8 across the round base.

Featuring an open winged stance, bird stands with claw feet clutching a carved rock stack - highlighted with painted feathers, beak and intense eyes - complete with ANRI ITALY metal button label on the underside as shown. Condition is very nice with a tiny rub to the paint on his beak and minor wear. Signed GG for Gunther Granget, it is a wonderful vintage Anri piece. Fun addition to any collection or display!
