"Presidential Eagle" TAY Kaiser Handmolded W Germany -Signed GIUSEPPE TAGLIARIOL. Gorgeous hand molded eagle bust, most popularly referred too as the presidential eagle.

He is proud and elegant mounted on a solid wooden base with a screw anchor. Signed by engravement on the bottom of the eagle. This is a Vintage Kaiser West Germany Sculpture from the early 80s. I have dusted him off and oiled the wooden base with walnut oil. Very nearly new, as I can find zero flaws, he was very well taken of and loved dearly.
