A stunning and quite rare carved animal horn sculpture of an eagle or hawk. This is likely mid-century period piece of art made by a skilled craftsman who through the attentive detail of work spent a lot of time creating this masterpiece. This sculpture appears to be carved from four, maybe five separate pieces of horn- two wings, the body and base (possibly two pieces). This Eagle or Hawk's dimensions are 9" height and 10" from beak to the furthest point of the bottom wing.
