This is an wonderful old Folk Art Carved Walking Cane of dark stained wood with a brass collar. It features a bird, possibly an eagle, gobbling up a fish. Both the wood and the brass collar have nice aged patina. This walking cane is in good condition for age and feels sturdy.

It is relatively narrow and probably should only be used for display. There is light wear to the walking stick. The mouth opening has a small piece of wood on the lower jaw of the bird which may have broken in the making of the cane or since. This cane is about 35 inches from top to bottom.
