C French Hand Carved Oak Wood Bird Dove Eagle Pediment Panel Scupture. Rare antique French hand carved oak wood pediment dating to the 17th century. The wall panel finely features high relief bird, a dove or an eagle, carved in a manner typical of the 17th century. It originally was on a large religious church cabinet, at the top next two angels faces. This bird sculpture will bring a touch of authenticity to any decor. Antique condition with some signs of ages like small hole left by nail, small old wooden splinters at the end of feathers and on foot. One wing has been repaired.
